By adopting a proactive approach, any problems are quickly analyzed and solved. Then measures are taken to anticipate possibilities of further problems. We foster the approach of prediction and prevention.

2.Five actualisms
We use 5 actualisms in quality control. We check the actual product with the actual facts at the actual location. Any problems found are analyzed and solved based on actual principles and actual rules. We do not solve problems merely from desk analysis.

3.PDCA and improvement activity
Implementation of the PDCA (plan-do-check-act) process which increases performance and eliminates waste and inconsistency.

4.Employee participation
Teamwork and cooperation are essential. All employees participate in TQM activities. From these activities, manuals are complied which improves quality and efficiency.

4.Understanding of the quality policy
The president decides the quality policy. The quality policy is documented and written in TQM notes, which are distributed to employees; the department manager explains it at a meeting like a morning meeting to make it understood thoroughly.

5.Review of quality policy

The quality policy is reviewed annually in January as part of the quality management system. The quality policy is revised by the quality control committee and then the president gives his seal of approval.
